This one’s a guided episode wherein we take you through a sensory activity meant to offer a fresh take on how imagining the elements of a good death hands off to a better life and clearer legacy.
It’s a contemplative, perspective-offering/shifting/solidifying exercise that’s around, as titled: dreaming of the moment of your dying – as a way to build in more alignment in your everyday action with how you want things to work out.
For this exercise, we're going to use all five of our senses to meet the best, dreamiest, most honoring (YOU-ish) possibility for how your final moments might go.
